Here it is,the second Carnivore album (let`s hope there`s gonna be no more album,not because I don`t like Carnivore-it is the opposite;I don`t want this band`s opus to be ruined with some shit,like for example C.Frost did).This one is more HC oriented than the previous one,and has a metallic HC production.Of course,the brilliant songwriting by P.Steele,and a great line-up (without Keith Alexander R.I.P.),makes this album a very angry display of HC power,but in a Metal way.After this one,the Carnivores become Type O Negatives..

So this is another Kreator`s fan recording of a show in London,from the Pleasure To Kill/Flag Of Hate tour 1986/1987 (I was lucky to see Kreator for the first time 6 months after this show!!It remained one of the best gigs I have ever seen!).The recording is an audience recording,so the quality,for my opinion goes to the "true fans and collectors only"..

I think I don`t have to introduce this demo in a special way,this is a cult-demo,almost a must-have of any Thrash Metal fan.I don`t have to say also that the vocals on this demo were done by Tom Warrior (Celtic Frost..like I have to specify who Tom Warrior is..),so many fans loved this demo as practicly an extension to Celtic Frost`s discography,which is NOT.Coroner are Tom brother`s band,and played a sophisticated and less in-your-face Thrash.A must,truly a must.

BIJELO DUGME (BiH) - Kad bi bio bijelo dugme , lp 1974

I know that some of you will say "WTF?What are Bijelo Dugme doing here??"..Well yes,Bijelo Dugme was the biggest band ever in the ex-YU (and in most ex-communist countries too!!),Rock music in Yugoslavia is unimaginable without them,seemed like Rock in Yugoslavia "began" with them..Bijelo Dugme was a band that could easily stand shoulder to shoulder with ie. Uriah Heep.This one is their first album,pure Hard Rock (if you ask me) very comparable to Uriah Heep.I really loved them (and I still do) , also because they remind me of times that are gone forever.For the classic Hard Rock lovers!!

Another Hard Rock band from Pula,active in the 80`s.They lasted few years,and have been the strongest Hard Rock band around 1985-1987,had just few recordings-more of the rehearsal-recording type.This is one of those few,a good soundboard recording,and again,a recording for the HardRock/Heavy Metal made in YU collectors.The memberson this recording were;Dino and Boro (today both in Powerslave,an Iron Maiden cover band) , Bazda (lost in Holland) , Chriss (reggae DJ) and Davor (committed suicide 7-8 years ago).

(Ok,later Brutal Truth,Crucifist,and a ton of other bands..) member Danny Lilker.This album is truly a masterpiece in every single second.I never found any further N.A. album being so exciting as this one.Plus,this one contains one of the most intense track ever,Hang The Pope.Again,a must.

This one was,for my opinion,the most underrated supergroup of the second half of the 80s.Formed by the first Metallica bassist Ron McGovney (I hope he never knew what a part of his second name means in the Yugoslavian languages!!) in 1983,the band in 1987 was joined by Katon W. DePena from Hirax and Gene Hoglan from most of the metal bands in the world.They recorded this extremely good demo Wreckage,a total must for all Thrash fans,and this release contains also a great live recording from one of the bands live performance.You gotta have this one!

Ok,I think you understood finally that you will find everything here,not only Metal and Punk/HC.And so,here we have a first mini lp from a Belgrade-based band,one of the first of the Yugoslavian New Wave invasion at the beginning of the 80s.If I am not wrong,the promo show for this mini lp,along with FILM,was the first "real" concert I have seen (I was 12,right?).So this thing is a little emotionally nostalgic too.I will post a lot of records from that periods,maybe some of you will be interested in the history of Yugoslavian new wave music from the beginning of the 80s.Now about the record.First of all,in this posting,under the name of the VIS Idoli`s first mini-lp (actually,it was a maxi-single,I still have the vinyl!!),here you have included also their very first single,and it is here as the first two songs.The music here is a melodic,and a bit artistic New Wave.I cannot compare them to any band,but if you like something melodic..there you go..

This one`s a demo from a very interesting Death Metal band from Croatia (Zagreb,I guess) ,which recorded only this demo in 2003 and then stopped.On their official site you can read that the recording of the album is on and going pretty slow..too bad it is written in 2005.Seems like we`ll never see that album,so enjoy this excellent demo tape.

Here is a demo of an unknown Italian band called Desmodus.What you have here is an excellent recording of a very good Thrash Metal band.Unfortunately,I have not one word about this band,that brings me to the conclusion that this was a one-demo band.Still,worth downloading!

Have you ever listened to the best punk/HC compilation ever,and by this I mean,of course, "This Is Boston,Not L.A."?You didn`t?OK,that compilation is on plan for upload,but meanwhile taste this compilation,which is as good as the mentioned one,with bands that are all part of the mentioned one.This single is in fact a kind of "enlargement" of T.I.B,N.L.A.All the tracks are really exciting,full energy punk/HC,and the compilation cannot start better than with the (at the time) ultrafast GANG GREEN.This one is obligatory,believe me.
