A band that after 30 years still rocks off your butt without a problem deserves to be here.When you add to it the fact that they are from Pula, and that they are probably the best Punk Rock band in/from the Balkans, it would be a crime not to put their opus here. We already had a lot of stuff from them, let`s add more. This is their first 1984 demo (they had 2 demos that year, the second will follow soon!), the sound is fair, and the interesting fact is the track no.2, which is non existing(!).There is the title, even a split title, but you will not find this second track anywhere..strange.However, the rest of the demo is very listeneable, pure old-school Punk Rock!
Here`s a digitalized cassette only release I got from Vladimir.This is a Serbian Punk Rock band, I would like to say rather a kid of stronger Rock very close to Punk.The rip is excellent, so for the Punk Rock fans around the world is another nice discovery.
As you can read in the backcover, this cassette is released in only 200 copies, so it makes an ultrarare item.Luckily, the work around the movie about the underground music in PULA in the 70s and 80s saved somehow all these pearls from disappearance.
This one is for the collectors of old Punk Rock bands stuff.Gaznevada were from Italy, and this is their first tape dated 1979.The sound is different from song to song, which is pretty confusing, but it is the content of this tape, probably made of various recordings. All in all, not bad at all, and this one is brought to you by Vladimir!
Ok, I got this album from a guy from Germany, this is a band I knew absolutely nothing about, and I am surprised with the rawness of this Punk album..instead of a perfectly clean recording, you have here a dirty raw TRUE Punk album.It reminds me of the old East-Germany bands, and surely it`s an album every Punk fan will listen a lot.
This is a nice promo cd, I got it from the radio station where I worked in the 90s.This is the compilation of a festival held in Litija, Slovenia, and lasted few years.There was a bunch of Garage Rock, Classic Rock and Punk Rock bands, a festival that completely negated Metal as music, thanx to the art director and founder of the festival, a person I won`t even mention, but you can hear on the introduction track 1 on the cd.This cd is, as written, not for sale, so I give it to you for free.

Here we have another live bootleg from Croatians premiere Punk Rockers KUD Idijoti.This recording is a great soundboard recording from 1989,recorded on a gig of the 1st album`s promo tour.This post comes just right in time,as my dear Idijoti will play a gig in Cakovec on September 13th,so it is a warm up for me and the people who will be there,and a nice treat for you.
Allright,all-girl Punk band.Actually,those girls are active just a little more than a year,and they have already a good following and a cool amount of played gigs.I saw them accidentally the first time last year at the opening of the Varazdin`s Trash Film Festival,and they was a very pleasant surprise to me.Down here you have the video of a part of that first show,it was not perfectly played (not that anyone expected so) but it was immensely pretty.I saw them another time later,and the band is improving it`s skills,from gig to gig.This post comes as an announcement of their gig in Cakovec on September the 13th.On a Punk Rock festival,the Punk Chicks will have their performance playing alongside with KUD Idijoti (can`t wait for that!).And so,here is their first unofficial recordings,a rehearsal recorded on a dictaphone,not of great quality,very raw but enough to hear how they improved.Nice one,girls,see you on the show!!
Here`s now a Croatian band that was one of the pioneers of Croatian/ex-Yugoslavian Punk Rock.Termiti are from Rijeka,the city that (with Pula,of course) was one of the most active city speaking of Punk bands.This is the album they should have released 20 years ago,but it came out just now,with 7 bonus live tracks.The original cd contains also multimedia stuff,not contained here.Let me just remind you that one of the members of this band were Mrle from LET 3,and that Termiti were part of the beautiful Novi Punk Val 78-80 compilation lp with three songs.They re-united recently for some live shows.
This is the recording that made me fall in love with this band.I got the master tape from Sale Veruda,and this is a very good copy,only Vesna have a major disturbance in the middle of the song,but if you exclude this,this demo is a masterpiece,simple,very melodic Punk Rock from a band that will become Yugoslavia`s finest.This tape is cult,so you gotta have it!
You have already realised that Pula,except of the Metal scene,have always had a very rich Punk scene.Frontalni Udar are a great Punk Rock band playing almost 2 decades,and here is their first full lenght album from 1998.When you compare their two albums (the second soon here!),on the second one they turned a bit to HC Punk,but this one is pure Punk Rock.
