DISHARMONIC ORCHESTRA (Aus) - Powerfest 1993 , Pula , Croatia , May 1st 1993.

Well,it`s time to unveil an excellent soundboard recording of an amazing show of the Austria`s finest Tech-Death Metal act,Disharmonic Orchestra.They headlined the Powerfest 93 in Pula,and they were the right choice for headliners.The band played tracks from their first two albums,and I think that the setlist was perfect.It is up to you to discover it.Beautiful memories.

ARHONT (Mac) - Arhont , cd 2008

This is a nice contribution I received from a macedonian friend Tasko,a band I am listening for the first time.I am surprised with the level of technicality in the stuff by these boys from Bitola.The album is recorded in Bulgaria,and as my friend Tasko described,it is "Morbid Angel,Nile,Immolation and Behemoth all in one!".And you better believe him..

NECROSPHERE (Ita) - Revived , cd 2003

I am proud I can present to you one of the best Italian Death Metal bands ever,and I can`t avoid to add - with the best Italian (and much larger) Death Metal drummer.Necrosphere was born from the ashes of Cenotaph,and raised their musicianship and technicality few dozens of steps higher.This is a perfectly produced and played full lenght album,too bad it`s the only one they did.The band is no more existing,and two members of the band,Damiano and Max are today members of the exciting rocking Metal band Fuel From Hell.Enjoy this great album.

01.Biomechanical death machine

SOTAJUMALA (Fin) - Death Metal Finland , cd 2004

What can I tell..I am maybe rusting away,and Metal is going further complicated to the bone, every day more and more.And I am glad this post is coming after that Propaganda Hardcore 83 album,you know what I mean..But this band is excellent.In everything;production,execution, complication..This is one of the most complicated Death Metal albums I have ever heard,but as that not boring.The drummer is a fucking beast.Enjoy!

DISSECTION (Cro) - Afterlife , demo 12/1993

I am really sorry I don`t have any pic for this recording,but I have to ask Rio if he can give me some vintage Dissection pics..Awright,this is the second Dissection demo,I guess this is the one just before they turned into AEON..Almost all tracks are contained in the first AEON demo,so..well,this is another fine product of those Death Metal virtuosos from Pula,obviously still a part of their beginnings,but a very good recording (of course,EAR studio from Stinjan) and very good stuff in here!!It is Pula,got it?

Tracks;
01.Dead they wait
02.Blinded by the afterlife
03.Gyratory stars
04.Clean hands of eternal gods
05.Irrigation of passing souls

DISSECTION - AFTERLIFE , DEMO 12/1993

AEON (Cro) - Live in Sisak 17.11.1994.

This is the band from Pula,formerly called Dissection,who changed (the reason is pretty obvious) the name into Aeon-which,at the time,an unused name for a band.This recording is a soundboard one,and it is just a glimpse of an Aeon concert,for the moment,just to show you the quality of this band.Enjoy!

Tracks;
01.Voices from below
02.Portal+Outro

AEON - LIVE IN SISAK , 17.11.1994.

TRUE (Cro) - Plastic world , cd 2005

True are an interesting Death Metal band from Samobor,and the first (and only as far as I know) that uses the Tambourine as instrument in their expression!!Anyway,this is great sounding stuff,very interesting structure of the songs too.I am not sure,but I think this is their only studio material they did,but the band still exists (as the matter of fact,I`ll see them the next weekend live in Varazdin),so we can probably expect some more stuff from them.

Tracks;
01.Church lies
02.Plastic world
03.Whisper of faith
04.Human machine

TRUE - PLASTIC WORLD , CD 2005

DISSECTION (Cro) - Submit , demo 02.1993.

So,we have Dissection again (for the new people here,Dissection-the Croatian ones-did two demos and then changed the name into AEON.),and this time we go from the very beginning and here is their first demo,an extremely good beginning.Recorded in the EAR Studio,the legendary studio where most of the bands from Pula recorded their demos.).Played very well,they were one of the first serious bands in Croatia playing Death Metal.Unfortunately,they lasted just few years and then split-up.You should have this one,to document a period of Croatian Metal.And,oh yeah,more Dissection/Aeon to come on this blog..Thanx to Rio666.

Tracks;
01.Left to decay
02.Congest
03.Submit to suffer

DISSECTION - SUBMIT , DEMO 02.1993.

DISHARMONIC ORCHESTRA (Austria) - Expositionsprophylaxe , lp 1990

Ooooh,here they are..I am proud to say "my good friends"..and played with them..Ok,this is their first album,one of the strangest Death Metal bands ever,very "psychological" topics,and the titles remind me of the early-Carcass ones,only not about pathology,haha..Well,enjoy this album,until I get the authorisation to put here their show live in Pula 1993!

Tracks;
01.Introphylaxe

AEON (Cro) - Ephemeral , cassette 1996

These are friends of mine,it was the first true technical Death-grind band of Croatia.They were from Pula,the city that gave most Metal bands than any other city in Croatia.They were active from early nineties as DISSECTION,but very soon they changed name into AEON.They have recordings under both names,and this one was the last one,I think.Of all the members,vocalist and bassist Rio is the only remained active,after Aeon he played in few dozens of bands,and today he plays in (as far as I know) in four bands!And,yes,no cover,sorry.

Tracks;
01.The inverted gate

03.The interspace between us
04.Portent
05.Ephemeral
06.Sadness seas
