And finally here is the last work of Amen, the 2008 demo, probably the last made by the guy that kept alive the name of Amen.I hope that the next will be a whole band work. Again a recording with the drum machine but with an excellent production, so you have to complete your collection now.
And as I posted Soter, which contained members of Amen, let`s stay in da house and continue with another Amen recording I got from Mika.As they are prepairing to do their comeback, here is the collection of recordings the band (actually just one member) did during these years of inactivity. It is in the same Thrash way as the previous demos, and with a rhythm machine that will soon be replaced by Mika (yeah!).Enjoy this one.
Ok, let`s go on with some Croatian Thrash..My mighty contributor Mika from Hope gave me this stuff and a lot more, and everything will be posted within some time.First of all, here is a good old band from Pozega, Amen. They played the bigger part of the 90s and then disappeared, but a member Miroslav continued composing and playing hard, so he continued recording demos with the help of a rhythm program, and so here is the first recording he did in 2005.This one is a full album of old school Thrash Metal with mostly Christian lyrics (which fits me very well!). Enjoy this one, and stay tuned for the next demos!!
Finally!!You have the privilege and the possibility to enjoy the last album of my favourite Croatian band.We already had Hope on this blog, and you know they play old school Thrash Metal at his best, with Christian topics.I told for every album they recorded that is their best, which is pretty logical, because every band have a progress from album to album. But I will repeat this time,Hope recorded and released their best album,an excellent piece of Thrash Metal (if you ask me,there is some Kreator influence-maybe it`s the vocal, reminds a lot of Mille`s vocal) greatly structured, and with a very strong production, cleaner than on the previous albums, but still preserving the aggressivity of the sound. The lyrics are about Christianity, which fits me and will fit anyone with such personal choice.
Very nice,a great Macedonian Christian-Thrash Metal band and this is their demo from 1998/9.Unfortunately,they split in 2001,but thank God they left for us this demo. The recording quality is not of the highest, but believe me,Thrash fans will not be disappointed.
The second official release coming from Hope is a full lenght album, the first album of three they did until now.The sound is better than on the first one, even it is a one-take live recording. The structure of the songs progreeded much more, and this release shows that Hope is a talented band, playing a Christian Thrash Metal which is so rare in Croatia.Well, you just wait, and soon I will post their second album, and you`ll see how many steps they passed and how are getting better and better in every new release.God bless.Enjoy this one!!
